How to request an exchange: Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order on WhatsApp (074 697 3907), at support@ramblersafety.com, or call 061 609 6915. Include your order number and the size you need.
Conditions:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging
- Exchanges are not available on sale items, bundles, or gift cards
- Damaged or defective items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos
- Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted
Shipping: Return shipping is at the customer's cost unless the item is defective or we made an error. We'll cover the return label in those cases.
Defective goods: Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act in respect of defective or unsafe goods.
