Frequently asked questions

Which size should I choose?

Use our size guide and the sizes shown on the product page. Contact us if you need help choosing.

Is this product certified?

Check the individual product's certification and supporting documents. Approval for one style does not apply to every product or every country. Choose footwear suitable for your workplace's requirements.

What does delivery cost?

See our delivery policy. Your chosen delivery charge and order total are shown before payment.

Can I return or exchange a pair?

Our returns and exchanges policy explains size exchanges, online cancellation, defective goods, incorrect deliveries and sale items.

How do I pay?

Complete checkout and continue to Payfast's secure payment page. Payment is confirmed only when Payfast confirms it, not when you open or leave the payment page.
