Certification & Safety Standards
Are your safety boots SABS and NRCS approved?
Yes. Our certified range includes SABS-approved and NRCS-approved safety footwear. NRCS-approved products are independently certified to meet South Africa's compulsory requirements and carry a valid Letter of Authority (LOA). You can browse our NRCS-approved range here.
What's the difference between SABS and NRCS approval?
SANS 20345 (the SA version of ISO 20345) is the standard safety footwear must meet. NRCS approval is the mandatory regulatory clearance to sell, confirmed by a Letter of Authority (LOA). SABS certification is a voluntary, independent quality mark proving the product meets the SANS standard. The strongest footwear carries both.
What safety standards do your products meet?
Our certified footwear is built to SANS 20345 / ISO 20345, with 200J-rated protective toe caps and slip-resistant soles. Look on each product page for the safety category (e.g. SB, S1, S1P, S3), which tells you exactly what the boot protects against.
Are the safety sneakers actually safety-rated?
Yes. Our protective sneakers — including the NRCS-approved Rambler Shark — offer genuine steel-toe protection in a lightweight, street-ready design. Each product page lists its certification and rating.
Delivery
Do you deliver nationwide in South Africa?
Yes — we deliver anywhere in South Africa via The Courier Guy. Your delivery options and any fees are shown at checkout.
How long does delivery take and what does it cost?
Delivery times and costs depend on your location and are calculated and displayed at checkout before you pay. Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking details so you can follow it to your door.
How do I track my order?

Can I exchange my boots for a different size?
Yes. We offer a 7-day size exchange so you can get the right fit. Contact us at support@ramblersafety.com to arrange an exchange.
