Refund policy

Size Exchanges Only — 30-Day Window

We don't offer refunds. If you've ordered the wrong size, we'll sort it out — no hassle.

How to request an exchange: Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at support@ramblersafety.com or call 061 609 6915. Include your order number and the size you need.

Conditions:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging
• Exchanges are not available on sale items, bundles, or gift cards
• Damaged or defective items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos
• Items sent back without prior authorisation will not be accepted

Shipping: Return shipping is at the customer's cost unless the item is defective or we made an error. We'll cover the return label in those cases.
